Inner Transformation: Be Present at Every Moment

With Anne Sussman and Diana Schlobohm

April 9 - 14, 2026

RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER

Beloved meditation teacher Anne Sussman returns to the Dharmakaya Center with two sequential programs:

APRIL 9-11: Changing Aging for Women 50ish and Beyond

APRIL 11-14: Journey Within Silent Retreat

Attending both provides a rare opportunity to spend six days under Anne’s loving guidance, learning how to shed stress and self-judgement, and be present with every moment of joy in life.

“Anne was nothing short of extraordinary—insightful, authentic, and approachable (and funny). Her gentle guidance helped us navigate the inner journey with wisdom and care. Each day was beautifully structured, yet spacious enough to allow for personal reflection. By the end of the retreat, I felt a profound sense of renewal, clarity, and inner peace.  It was a revelatory experience.  I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking stillness, self-discovery, and a deeper connection to the present moment.”

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

CHANGING AGING FOR WOMEN 50ish and BEYOND

As Women, we are often defined by our roles in relation to others: mother, wife, daughter. But many of those roles begin to change as we age. When these external ways of defining ourselves begin to shift, spiritual practice can help uncover what we know to be true, that our soul is eternal. Let’s age with grace, joy and resilience, even in the face of the change that inevitably comes. These three days are an opportunity to connect, dive deep, and find that the best is yet to come.

JOURNEY WITHIN SILENT RETREAT

Designed for both serious meditators and those new to silent retreats, these four days incorporate a range of meditation techniques. You will have the opportunity to go deeply inward, strengthen your connection to the deepest part of who you are—which is the greatest gift of spending time in silence, away from the distractions of the world and the bombardment of the news and stress of living in our current climate.

Find the peace and stillness that you may be searching for outside yourself and realize it is and always has been within!

Diana Schlobohm
As an experienced restorative yoga teacher, I believe in the profound healing power of stillness. My approach is rooted in the understanding that rest is not a luxury—it’s a necessity for physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. Before graduating from my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I taught pilates for 10 years. I create spaces that are quiet, peaceful, and nurturing, where everyone is welcomed just as they are. Using props, gentle cues, and breath awareness, I support my students in surrendering effort and releasing tension held deep within the nervous system. Restorative yoga is not about achieving a pose, but…
