When you are running a business, life moves at a pace that is often at odds with the natural rhythms of the nervous system. The intense demands can leave you feeling overwhelmed, frazzled, or even burnt out. This long weekend retreat will provide both a deeply relaxing reset, as well as tools and strategies you can apply when you return to your unavoidably fast-paced reality of running a business.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Don’t think of this as a networking trip. However, expect to find yourself in community with other executives & entrepreneurs who understand the unique challenges you are facing. The weekend will include discussion, group coaching, time in nature, time for rest & reflection, as well as guided practices inspired by Amanda’s training in MBSR, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga Therapy, and Meditation.

Amanda Baudier is an Executive Coach and Spiritual Guide who helps clients bring more joy and magic into their everyday lives. A multidisciplinary teacher, Amanda has spent the past 20 years leading & scaling businesses as an executive herself, while simultaneously gaining certifications in a wide range of modalities including MBSR, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, and Holistic Health,among others.
