Raise Your Vibration ~ And Why It Matters
With Carol Schoffmann and Anne DeBevoise
February 21 - 23, 2025
RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER
Unplug from your devices and slow down for a Mind, Body, Spirit Tune-Up! This weekend, you will use meditation, sound healing, reiki, yoga, journaling, self reflection and group sharing to step out of low frequency habits and tune into your most authentic self. If you are on a spiritual journey this retreat will help accelerate your path—and if you have not yet started it maybe the beginning.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Everything is made of energy and every object and being resonates at their own optimal frequency. Our busy and stressful lives can easily contribute to feeling “out of whack”, causing us to vibrate at a lower frequency. When part of our body is vibrating out of tune, or non-harmoniously, it is called “dis-ease”. Sound and vibrational therapy breaks up, dissolves and removes these blockages, allowing a healthy flow of positive energy to emanate throughout the body, which:
- Reduces stress
- Deepens relaxation and meditation
- Balances the mind, body, spirit
- Provides relief from insomnia, headache, emotional imbalance
- Relieves pain
- Promotes physical self-healing
- Improves mental clarity and creativity
- Boosts the immune system
- Helps alleviate depression
- Harmonizes the Aura
Probing themes of gratitude and self-love, beauty and compassion throughout the weekend, we will harness four key modalities:
- Singing Bowls: Sound and vibrational healing with singing bowls puts our physical, emotional and spiritual energies back into alignment. When these energies are aligned, it creates the openness our body needs to naturally heal itself. Singing bowl therapy and meditations are very restorative and provide an avenue for deep relaxation.
- Reiki Healing: Reiki is a wonderfully gentle, yet powerful healing modality that helps restore and rebalance the universal life force energy in the receiver, raising the body’s vibration.
- Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga can help release energy blocks in the body, stimulating circulation, increasing range of motion, integrating emotions, and bringing a calm stillness to the mind.
- Journaling: Journaling provides a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings privately, which can help you process emotions, manage stress, gain self-awareness, identify patterns in your behavior, improve your mental health, and track progress towards your goals.
And, of course, meditation will be woven throughout our time together.
