Taking a Breath to Re-center, Re-charge and Cultivate Spiritual Resilience During the Shabbat of Passover
April 18 - 21, 2025

RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER Which way do we turn in this time of uncertainty and much despair? How do we nourish and strengthen our inner resources to calm and center ourselves and bring renewed energy back to our communities? During this retreat in the beautiful Catskill Mountains we can rest, meditate, spend time in nature, as well as connect in a safe and inclusive community through teachings, discussion, music, and ritual. We will have sessions to learn “self empathy” and other practices of Nonviolent Communication, engage with Jewish teachings and ritual, and ground in Buddhist mindfulness practices. Everyone is welcome…
