PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The body has so much hidden intelligence, and it wants us to thrive. During this restorative weekend, you will learn different tools from Eastern medicine to better connect with your body, mind, and soul.
- Acupressure: You will master some of the most powerful acupuncture points for self-healing and practice giving yourself an effective treatment using acupressure massage with essential oils, wherever and whenever you need it.
- Self Discovery Workshops: Through creative group exercises such as coloring, games and self-discovery worksheets, you will build a closer relationship with yourself (Yes, the most important relationship in your life) and get inspired with new ideas to achieve your life and health goals.
- Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a great exercise to practice maintaining inner balance in an ever-changing world. Even the simplest Tai Chi movements can decrease your heart rate, regulate your nervous system, and improve your sleep quality.
- Meditation: Thoughts and beliefs can shape our lives. By practicing 3-minute, 10-minute, and 30-minute meditations, you will arrive at a higher vibration level, ease your discomfort, and achieve a more peaceful state.
