Summer Yoga Retreat: Explore, Rest & Renew

With Ingrid A. Marcroft and Stephan W. Kolbert

July 26 - 28, 2024

RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER

The way life works for us or against us depends on our own energy. This weekend, we will change our energy for the better, individually and as a community.

During our retreats, Ingrid and Stephan seek to share the most helpful of what they have learned in a lifetime of studying yoga, energy medicine, healing, metaphysics, spiritual awareness, and outdoor exploration. The magic of this weekend is created by the community of folks of all ages who witness themselves and others as they practice yoga and meditation together, share meals together, sit in talking circles together, explore the land together, and dive into friendship with each other.

“Each retreat, we are astonished by the depths of lovingkindness, joy, connection, and calm that we experience together.”

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

During this summer weekend, we will relish exploring our strengths and challenges in the refuge of a circle of compassionate beings, surrounded by the natural beauty of the quartz-filled Shawangunk Ridge of the Catskill Mountains.

This beautiful summer weekend includes juicy yoga practices (suitable for all levels, including gentle/restorative and vigorous), transformative meditations, nature walks, hikes, and shared talking-circle time for group reflection and support.

The last few years have been deeply challenging for many of us personally and certainly collectively. Our world is changing, so we need to change, too. This is almost impossible to do when we are wrapped up in our daily lives. By taking the time to step out of our habits, move mindfully, slow down, absorb the breath of life, and spend time with other inspiring beings, we literally change our vibrational energy and can attract new things into our lives.

You’ll feel restored after a weekend of yoga, hiking, resting, being quiet, listening, speaking, connecting, laughing, crying, making friends, eating great food, and soaking in the spirit of this magical place.
