June 4 - 7, 2026

RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER

As summer unfolds in all its glory, we invite you to step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in our Summer Serenity Yoga Retreat. This rejuvenating experience is thoughtfully designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit during the warmest, most vibrant season of the year. Connect deeply with yourself, the natural world, and a like-minded community through daily meditation and yoga practices, shared meals, and guided hikes that celebrate the beauty and bounty of summer. You will bring home a clearer, calmer, and more balanced state of mind.

“From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of joy and peace. The schedule was perfectly curated to blend invigoration with relaxation. Each morning began with a serene meditation, followed by fun creative yoga flows. The restorative and yoga nidra classes included, soothing sound baths and “head tucks” to help everyone sink deeply into relaxation. The meditative hike, the delicious food, the nourishing conversations all allow me to feel refreshed centered and full of gratitude. I highly recommend a retreat with Vicki and Megan for anyone looking for a holistic transformative getaway!”

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Join this rejuvenating escape from daily life to focus on physical, mental, and spiritual restoration through yoga, meditation, and nature. You will deepen your yoga practice, reduce stress, gain mental clarity, and find a sense of balance and inner peace while connecting with a like-minded community. The weekend includes:

  • Morning guided meditation practices to focus the attention, relax the body, and cultivate serenity
  • Morning yoga and pranayama practices in the outdoor pavilion to deepen your own rhythms with those of nature
  • Well-rounded yoga practices designed to cultivate inner balance, joy, and vitality
  • Space for healing and rebuilding through a Kintsugi art project
  • Connection to nature by exploring the walking trails on campus and a group hiking adventure
  • Evening yoga nidra, restorative yoga , and a Sound Bath cool and re-charge the body, mind, and spirit

The immersive environment and guidance from your instructors allow for significant progress in yoga poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy. You will practice practical mindfulness techniques and develop increased self-awareness and emotional regulation skills, which you can integrate into their daily lives.

The break from daily demands, along with healthy eating and ample rest, will leave you feeling physically and mentally recharged and more motivated to tackle challenges.
