Meditation offers a myriad of benefits for mind, body, and spirit. Regular practice can help settle your mind; you become more peaceful, feel more centered, experience a greater sense of wellbeing. Practitioners often find it beneficial to meditate together in community, jointly increasing their depth of focus and comfort in their meditation practice. With that in mind, we offer three unique programs.
These programs are free and open to all, but reservations are required. Scroll down to see descriptions and to book your spot for each.
These programs are sponsored by our affiliate, the Dharmakaya Organization.

Every Tuesday night at 7:00 PM
On Tuesdays, people with all levels of meditation experience gather to practice together. We meet in our spacious Meditation Hall, sitting in front of our beautiful 11-foot bronze Buddha, which was specifically designed to enhance meditation practice.
-Trungram Gyalwa Rinpoche

Every Full Moon at 7:00 PM (dates listed below)
As the moon waxes, people become more susceptible to their emotions. Its apex, when the moon shines full above us, presents a particularly profound time for practice. Instead of falling prey to turmoil and negative emotions, we become more aware of the workings of our minds—and in the process, accumulate additional merit. We invite you to join us.
We sit together for 30-40 minutes of group practice, beginning with a recitation of the Sutra of the Recollection of the Noble Three Jewels. Meditators are welcome to spend the night on personal retreat, joining us for dinner on the Full Moon, our morning salutations and meditation, breakfast, and enjoying the campus through lunch. This requires a separate reservation. You may also join just for dinner in advance if you like.

Every Sunday at 9:00 AM
A perfect opportunity to study and practice in community, this free Sunday program is open to all who are interested. We discuss a specific Buddhist text and related topics in depth; we may pursue a single text over the course of a year or more. Then, we practice sitting meditation and a compassion practice designed to nurture inner strength and help us grow spiritually. You may attend any or all parts of the program, as your time and interest permit. The program is free and open to all; you will receive the Zoom link upon registration.
