Embodied Aliveness: Reclaiming Presence, Vitality, and Joy
With Julia Abramova
October 8 - 11, 2026
RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER
In the fast pace of modern life, amid the uncertainty many of us are navigating, it’s natural to feel disconnected from ourselves and others at times. During moments of stress, overwhelm, or fear, we can lose touch with our inner experience, making it harder to fully engage with life.
This deeply nourishing retreat is a sanctuary for those feeling burned out, fatigued, or disconnected from their natural vitality. Whether navigating chronic stress, overwhelm, life transitions, or simply craving deep rest, this experience offers a powerful reset, inviting you back into alignment, balance, and ease.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Do you find yourself moving through your days on autopilot, sensing that something feels muted or just out of reach? Do life’s pressures make it difficult to stay present with your experience?
Many of us develop ways to keep going, but over time these patterns can limit our ability to feel, respond, and stay connected — to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
Join us for a nourishing and transformative retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body and your natural sense of vitality. Through a blend of lecture, movement, and embodied practices, you will be guided to slow down, step out of the constant doing, and reconnect with a more grounded, present, and alive way of being.

Your Integrative Self-Help Journey Includes:
- Learning how functional freeze can reduce energy, mute sensation, and create a sense of disconnection, even while continuing to function in everyday life
- Personal exploration of how stress, overwhelm, and fear shape your experience of your body and your connection
- Somatic and embodiment practices to support nervous system regulation and reconnect you with your body and sensory experience
- Energy-based practices to awaken the natural flow of vitality and aliveness
- The therapeutic power of Nada Yoga through sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls and mantra
- Daily morning yoga to gently awaken the body and cultivate presence
- Yoga Nidra and meditation practices for deep rest and integration
- A reflective Fire Ceremony to release old patterns and invite new possibilities
