“Personally, I learned SO much, had a major personal breakthrough, and felt very loved and supported throughout.”

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Our busy and stressful lives can easily contribute to feeling “out of whack”, causing us to experience anxiety, loneliness, lack of energy and focus, and even depression. We often do not give ourselves enough time to slow down and practice self care.
We each vibrate at our own optimal frequency—and when we experience continued stress and anxiety, that frequency is lowered. We may become mentally and physically unbalanced and more susceptible to illness.
The practices included in this retreat—breath work, meditation, sound healing, yoga nidra, reiki, drumming, vocal toning, visualization and self reflection—and the time spent in community will bring you back to yourself, leaving you feeling nourished, grounded and balanced. Your vibration will be raised, so that you can radiate higher for yourself and the world around you.

- Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra is often referred to as yogic sleep for deep relaxation. It is a structured guided meditation practice to help the recipient achieve a state between wakefulness and sleep, promoting mental clarity and emotional balance.
- Sound Healing Journey: Sound and vibrational healing with singing bowls puts our physical, emotional and spiritual energies back into alignment. Every part of the body listens to and receives this therapeutic sound. Providing an avenue for deep relaxation, this modality creates the openness our bodies need to reset and naturally heal themselves
- Guided Meditation: Guided meditation helps focus the mind, gently leading you on a journey of inner exploration and relaxation. This helps foster self-awareness, reduces stress, promotes emotional wellbeing and enhances concentration and mental clarity—all the while supporting personal growth and self-discovery.
- Reiki: Defined as “spiritually guided life force energy,” Reiki is both a spiritual practice and a healing modality. Reiki helps you remember your true self and accelerates healing in the body. We will practice a Reiki meditation, and you will receive some hands-on Reiki.
- Drumming & Improv Sound: Drumming circles promote connection, regulate emotions, and release endorphins, leading us to experience happiness, joy and wellbeing. Creating a shared experience of making music, we will raise our collective vibration.
- Chanting: Group chanting creates vibration in the body, promoting relaxation, presence, stress release, breath control, emotional release and regulation. We will connect, creating a shared experience of deep resonance—again, raising our collective vibration
- Vocal Toning: Unlike singing, which often involves melody and rhythm, toning focuses on the resonance and vibration of specific sounds, promoting relaxation and emotional release. The sound of one’s own voice, using toning practices, promotes shifts in attention, awareness, and consciousness creating healing vibrations within the body.
- Visualization: Visualization activates brain networks linked to self-focused thinking, lowering anxiety levels, enhancing emotional and physical healing. Regular practice of visualization can strengthen neural connections, promoting long-term mental and physical health benefits.
