Heidi is a somatic and trauma psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and SoulCollage® Facilitator with more than three decades of experience accompanying individuals and couples through life’s challenges, transitions, and moments of transformation. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the deeper parts of themselves. Heidi discovered SoulCollage® many years ago and was captivated by its invitation to explore the inner world through image, intuition, creativity, and play. Since then, she has led SoulCollage® workshops and courses, bringing the same steady, compassionate presence to her groups that she brings to her psychotherapy practice — helping others find safety, insight, and possibility in the midst of change.
