Padmadaka is the co-President of Triratna’s NY-NJ sangha and lives in Norfolk, England with his wife and three children. He is known for his down-to-earth approach to practice and offers the Dharma in a relevant and engaging way. He encountered the Dharma in his home country of Ireland and lived in residential communities there. He was chair of Norwich Buddhist Centre and Padmaloka Retreat Centre where he lived for ten years. He has been the CEO of the Karuna Trust, UK for the past ten years.
