Colette Ruoff, MBA, PCC

Colette is a professional coach and workshop leader with deep experience working with leaders. She has coached mid- and senior-level executives in corporate and non-profit organizations since the 1990s. Her clients include leaders in professional services firms including partners at Ernst and Young and McKinsey, as well as non-profit organizations such as Mass Audubon, Rethink Food, the Robin Hood Foundation, and the Vanaver Caravan.

Initially, Colette’s workshops focused on leadership competencies, but in the last decade they have shifted towards transformational topics including purpose, empowerment, systems thinking and wellness. Her most recent focus is on offering a living systems framework and tools to support others to achieve their potential. She specializes in supporting leaders and teams through disruptive change.

In 2013 Colette founded SageArts, a community arts based non-profit with the mission of  bringing forth the wisdom of our elders through original songs. The most recent work, in partnership with JFS, Orange led to the film: We Remember: Songs of Survivors which is available on Amazon Prime and PBS Passport.
