Jenny Hoffman

Jenny has been teaching yoga since 2013. Her classes are considered a slow and mindful flow-style class with a strong emphasis on proper alignment. This style keeps students connected with their breath and body to calm and quiet the mind. She considers yoga to be a moving meditation and enjoys infusing mindfulness-based meditation principles in her classes. Jenny likes to remind both herself and her students that yoga is inherently therapeutic in nature and that the practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, strength or flexibility.

Jenny is also the mom of three teenagers and has two dogs that she enjoys walking, exploring the great outdoors together as much as possible.

Jenny’s certifications include: 500 Hour Teacher Training (certified 2013 and 2021); 50 Hour Advanced Training Course with Rodney & Colleen Yee (2017); 30 Hour Advanced Training Course on Injury Prevention with Jason Crandall (2018); and Power of Awareness Mindfulness Based Meditation Certification with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach (202)0.

Let your practice be a moving meditation on the mat that creates joy and balance both physically and mentally off the mat.
