As an experienced restorative yoga teacher, I believe in the profound healing power of stillness.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that rest is not a luxury—it’s a necessity for physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. Before graduating from my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I taught pilates for 10 years.
I create spaces that are quiet, peaceful, and nurturing, where everyone is welcomed just as they are. Using props, gentle cues, and breath awareness, I support my students in surrendering effort and releasing tension held deep within the nervous system. Restorative yoga is not about achieving a pose, but about returning to our natural rhythm and innate wisdom.
My classes are an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect to ourselves, our breath, and the present moment. I believe healing happens in this space of deep rest. My purpose is to hold the space with compassion, patience, and care.
Our world often praises constant doing. I guide students into the art of non-doing, where they can access deep states of rest, reflection, and renewal.
