Viveka is the President of the Triratna NY-NJ sangha. Her teaching emphasizes awakening here and now – grounded in the body, and accessed through a spacious, appreciative, curiosity. Her teaching style is informed by over 20 years of dharma practice and long silent retreats, interaction with a diversity of Buddhist teachers and practitioners, and her work as a certified coach, facilitator, and trainer supporting people in social change movements to realize lasting transformation.
