Learn to create peace both within and without through the combined practices of Qigong and Reiki. While Qigong practice helps you improve the function of the internal organs, Reiki helps you channel universal energy to recreate internal order that in turn facilitates self healing.
During this sacred time of rebirth, renewal, and liberation, we will slow down and tend to both our physical and inner landscapes. We will prepare the ground of body, mind, and heart, planting seeds to nourish awakening. The methodical and clear teachings of Iyengar Yoga will deepen confidence in our yoga practice, as we gain a sense of ease from a weekend of self-care within a safe community of fellow seekers.
